Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the cosmetics and skincare industry. (Minimum 2 years of experience) 

  • In-depth knowledge of skincare, and beauty trends. 

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content 

  • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations 

  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights 

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and Marketing software 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Well-groomed

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the skincare industry 

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to for product launching, increase brand awareness, drive product sales, and meet business objectives 

  • Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, influencers, printed channels, etc. 

  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including product descriptions, social media posts, website content, and advertising materials 

  • Utilize analytics and market insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts 

  • Manage and enhance the brand's image and reputation. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with the target audience 

  • Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and conversions 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals 

  • Manage public relations initiatives to generate positive media coverage and enhance the brand's visibility. This may include media relations, press releases, influencer partnerships, etc. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in cosmetics and skincare, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition 

  • Handle all external marketing events 

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with vendor
